You will be well catered for at the Summer Sales Festival, with a fully licenced Festival bar and caterers on site for your food needs.
Catering
There will be a tented cookhouse as well as other food vendors on site for the weekend.
The Cookhouse will be open from 1700hrs Friday through to 1200hrs Sunday and is cash only.
Friday Night Menu served from 17:30 till 19:30
Saturday Breakfast served from 8:00-10:00
Saturday Lunch served from 11:00-15:00
Saturday Evening served from 17:30-19:30
Late night snacks served from 9pm till late

Festival Bars
There is a fully licenced bar at the Summer Sales Festival. These will be run by by OGRI MCC
There will be a selection of Real ale & Cider available as well as soft drinks, spirits, draught beers & lagers.
The Summer Sales Festival Bar operates on a token/ticket system. This speeds up the time at the bar and means that change is never an issue !
How it works
- Purchase your tokens, cash only as internet connection speeds on site do not allow the use of Card machines.
- Buy a reuasble glass for 2 tokens which is yours to keep !
- Each token is worth 50p and are sold in strips of 10, i.e £5
- Order your drinks, pay with tokens. As an example, a can of soft drink would be 2 tokens, i.e £1
Beer Tickets are not refundable but they have a 3 year life span and are re-usable at any event operated by Kemble Motorcycle Event including subsequent Summer Sales Festivals and events such as Mercury Madness or White Helmets or OGRI MCC motorcycle rally.
If you already have OGRI MCC beer tickets that will be less than 3 years can use them at this event.
Bringing your own drink into festival arena is not permitted.
Checks will be made at the access gate. Campers are allowed to drink own drinks in the privacy of your own camping/motorhoming area only.
