When is the Summer Sales Festival ?
The Summer Sales Festival takes place 7th to 9th August 2026 at Kemble, near Cirencester.
Who can attend the Summer Sales Festival ?
The event is purely for serving or ex members of the Royal Signals, over the age of 18.
So is it a festival or a reunion?
A bit of both ! Its a chance to catch up with old mates, in an informal setting over the weekend with some great live music and entertainment to enjoy as well.
What time do the gates open ?
Gates & Booking in will be open from 12:00 Friday 8th August 2025
How do I get to the site ?
Find us with Sat Nav using GL7 6BQ (this is to make sure you are the right side of the airfield !)
- Come off the A429 at GL7 6BQ – Kemble Enterprise Park
- Please ensure that you stick to the site speed limit
- Straight down past Security, til you come to a T-Junction and turn right
- Follow the “road” heading for the fence line, bear left and keep fence line on your right.
- Watch out for a couple of huge potholes !
- Keep going straight ahead, DO NOT FOLLOW THE ROAD round to the left towards the hangers
- Aim for the set of metal gates (there is a slight speed bump by the gates, right hand side is lower )

Will you be accepting debit cards over the weekend ?
We have no card facilities on site, so cash please. Some traders/vendors on site may accept card payments.
Whats the deal with food and drink ?
We’ve got fully licenced bars running as well as tented cookhouse to keep you fed and watered all weekend. There will be stalls selling Merchandise, Coffee and food outlets but their prices will be regulated by us so not overpriced like some other events we could mention !
Can I bring my own food and drink ?
You are to welcome to bring your own supplies, but please keep these in your camping area. Please do not drink your own alcohol at the bars or the main event areas, i.e marquees. You will be asked politely to refrain if you forget.
I’m bringing my camper/caravan – can I get electric ?
There will be no electric hookups available for the weekend.
Can I bring my dog ?
Due to the proximity to Kemble Airfied, no dogs or other pets are allowed on site.
Can we have fires or BBQ’s on site ?
No fires or BBQ’s are allowed.
Ticket Refunds
Tickets for the event are not refundable. The charity donation component already transferred to the Royal Signals Charity cannot be refunded.
The Summer Sales Festival organisers reserve the right to cancel the event if ticket sales are insufficient to cover the costs of the festival. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will receive a full refund
Onward Sale of ticket if unable to attend is the ticket holder’s responsibility, the serial number name of the buyer, name of the seller to be communicated to the organisers.
