General Conditions of entry
• Have a great time but please act responsibly and consider your own safety and that of others.
• On arrival, all visitors should go to Booking-In to register and pick up your wristband.
• Wrist bands are to be worn at all times.
• We ask that no illegal substances are brought onto the site.
• As a condition of entry, you acknowledge that you may photographed, filmed or sound recorded for promotional purposes.
• Proof of age is required if you appear to be under 25 when purchasing alcohol.
• Please do not drink your own alcohol at the bars or the main event areas, i.e marquees. You will be asked politely to refrain if you forget.
• Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas.
• Campfires and firepits not permitted on site. No Barbecues permitted on site.
• We are based on an active airfield, so no dogs on site.
• Please use the toilets provided.
• Please place all personal camping litter in the refuse bags provided and dispose of the bag in the on-site bins.
• There is a 5mph speed limit throughout the site – please respect this.
• Appropriate clothing and helmets must be worn at all times when riding motorcycles on site.
• Please be respectful to the staff and organisers at the event.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any person(s) posing a risk to themselves or others, so that all can stay safe and have a good time.
Tickets Details and Refunds
Each person attending must have a valid ticket to enter site (i.e it is not one per car or camper) AND a vehicle pass (one per vehicle).
Tickets must be bought by serving or retired Royal Signals who are permitted to buy further tickets for non-Corps guests over 18 years of age.
All visitors to the event will be issued a colour coded wristband on arrival. The colour of band will signify the type of visitors (i.e day, weekend, organizer).
Tickets for the event are not refundable. The charity donation component already transferred to the Royal Signals Charity cannot be refunded.
The Summer Sales Festival organisers reserve the right to cancel the event if ticket sales are insufficient to cover the costs of the festival. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will receive a full refund
Onward Sale of ticket if unable to attend is the ticket holder’s responsibility, the serial number name of the buyer, name of the seller to be communicated to the organisers.
There are 1500 tickets available (1000 x weekend and 500 day). This number of tickets may be adjusted by the Organiser at any time (the committee will if necessary close tickets sales if it exceeds the planned site resources).
Day Tickets Details
Option 1 – Access to the Festival site on Friday 9th August 2024 from 12:00hrs till 23:59hrs.
Option 2 – Access to the Festival site on Saturday 10th September 2024 from 09:00hrs to 23:59hrs.
All visitors with day tickets must book in and out of site and must provide a contact telephone number. Anyone overstaying will be charged for a full weekend tickets.
Weekend Ticket Details
Your weekend tickets include:
Full access to all entertainment, all activities and bars.
Includes Camping, Motorhome or Caravan space – a vehicle pass is required in addition to your Festival Ticket.
Glamping Packages
All glamping packages must be booked directly with Corinium Tents. Terms and Conditions may apply to the hire of the glamping packages.

The Summer Sales Festival Team take no responsibility for the provision of the service. Booking are made direct between the individuals and the service provider (Corinium Tents)

Entertainment
The entertainment advertised is subject to change and may not be as initially advertised.
Event Cancellation
In the case of the event being cancelled (through a force majeure) then all tickets will be automatically made valid for two subsequent years. Ticket recipients will be permitted to sell the tickets onwards and the gaining recipient will be permitted to use the ticket to access the event for up to, and including, two years past the original event date.
Event Accessibility
The Summer Sales Festival event on a grass field site, surrounded by tarmac road/pathways and, whilst mostly flat, there may be some uneven areas. The event will have disabled toilet facilities available onsite. If you have any specific concerns or requirements please contact us.
Parking will be under the direct of the Summer Sales Festival Staff

YOUR WEBSITE ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION
In order to set up an account to purchase a Ticket you must:
(a) be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal capacity in the country of purchase) and able to enter into legally binding contracts; and
(b) follow the instructions to set up a password-protected account providing your correct full name, postal address, telephone number and email address (all your details must be kept up to date at all times).
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your user name and password and for all activity that occurs on your account. You shall not permit anyone other than you to use your account. If you become aware or suspect that anyone knows your user name and/or password, you should promptly contact us.
If you are making purchases on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity (and this Purchase Policy and references to “you” refer and apply to that company or other legal entity).
Please refer to our Privacy Notice and Cookies Policy for more details on how we use and protect your personal data. If we are investigating your account, or if we are investigated ourselves, you agree to comply fully with our requests for information about you and your purchases.
You must not create or use multiple accounts with the purpose or intention of circumventing any of the terms of this Purchase Policy or concealing your identity or other personal details.
You must not use our website or app, your account for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful manner. If we discover or suspect that you have used or are using or attempting to use services in such a way that a criminal offence has been, is being or might be committed, we are required by law to report your identity and details of such activity to the relevant authorities.
We reserve the right to terminate your account and/or cancel any of your orders and/or prohibit you from making future orders or using the service in future if:
(a) any abusive or threatening behaviour is carried out by you or on your behalf or via your account;
(b) we suspect any fraudulent activity or other illegal activity is carried out by you or on your behalf or via your account;
(c) we suspect any unauthorised use of your account or other unauthorised activity is carried out by you or on your behalf or via your account;
(d) we are ordered to do so by any legal or regulatory authority; and/or
(e) you otherwise breach the terms of this Policy or any other applicable policies or terms and conditions (including any applicable Event Partner’s terms and conditions).
You may close your account by contacting us. Please note that such closure shall not take effect until after any events that you have purchased Tickets for have taken place.
Termination of your account and/or cancellations of any purchases under this Policy shall not affect our or your rights and liabilities which have accrued prior to and including the date of such termination or cancellation.
